| Overview : Under the supervision and guidance of the Programme Manager, Energy, Environment and Climate Change (EECC), the Programme Analyst’s main responsibility is to provide technical and administrative support to the EECC programme with specific reference to (i) GEF projects and (ii) non GEF projects. The work will, inter alia, involve support to project partners, financial management and administrative support. The job will require the ability to provide comprehensive analysis of project risks and challenges and the capacity to propose solutions in this context. |
