| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 16 March 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bid conference on its premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. Interested parties can attend the pre-bid conference either in person or through a Skype video-conference. Interested parties are requested to inform the UNDP focal point about the way they intend to attend the pre-bid conference and to provide a Skype contact, in case the participation is on-line. To confirm participation, please, send a message to alexandru.cocirta@undp.org by COB on 13 March 2015. Bids must be delivered to UNDP Moldova office before 12:00 (Moldova local time) on 3 April 2015. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically.
