| Overview : In order to achieve time and cost efficiency while ensuring outstanding quality of service, UNDP wishes to enter into a Long Term Agreement for one year with the most competent Hotel that will provide accommodation for its staff and /or guests and also provide facilities such as a venue for official business purposes. These official purposes include: accommodation, workshops, meetings, retreats and various events/activities. The Long Term Agreement (LTA) for one year will be concluded with the hotels that provide the requested services in Tbilisi and regions of Georgia. We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Hotel and Conference Services, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1 and Annex 2. Pre-bid conference will be held on 20 March 2015, Friday, at 12:00.
