| Overview : ITP 06/2015 – INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION for Construction works (earth works, carpentry works; and electrical works) Покана за предквалификации за избедба на Градежни и градежно занаетчиски работи и фаза електрика и електрични материјали The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites interested companies to submit documents for prequalification related to works for upgrade of the physical security of the storage “EREBINO” Tetovo under the Ministry of Defense, not later than 07th April 2015 by 1o:00 am at the address specified below. 1. THE TOTAL VOLUME (SCOPE) OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS: Construction works and electrical works which include the following: Earth works:Concrete works: Carpentry works; Miscellaneous: painting; Electrical works and materials The list of required documents are attached , including draft Bill of Quantities for review only and reference to the works required, but no prices are needed in this pre-qualification phase. The construction of the above mentioned works is envisaged to commence in April 2015. Prequalification documents shall be prepared in duplicate with one marked "Original" and the other marked "Copy". In the event of any discrepancy between them, the original shall govern. The prequalification documents (both the original and the copy) shall be sealed in one outer envelope and submitted by courier or handed to the Reception in UNDP.
The outer envelope shall be addressed as follows: UNDP ITP 06/2015 PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS for construction works str: Jordan Hadzi Konstantinov Dzinot 23, 1000 Skopje UNDP reserves the right to modify any part of this invitation for prequalification, including the deadline for submission of prequalification documents, either at its own initiative or as a result of requests for clarification or otherwise from one or several firms. Any additional requests for clarification shall be addressed in writing only to: procurement.mk@undp.org not later than 02 April 2015. Questions and answers/clarifications shall be published on UNDP web site (www.mk.undp.org Ref.ITP06/2015) . No phone calls will be accepted. The prequalification does not preordain a contract.
