Overview :
The objective of the UNDP-GEF “Improving Energy Efficiency in the Residential Buildings Sector of Turkmenistan” project (EERB) is to reverse the existing trends of energy management in buildings and reduce consumption of electrical and thermal energy and associated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the new and reconstructed residential buildings in Turkmenistan. Within this framework the project will introduce the principles of integrated building design approach and promotion of new energy-efficient (EE) technologies, materials and equipment in the construction practices of Turkmenistan, from the stage of building design through construction, quality assurance/quality control and maintenance.

Objective of the EERB project on this assignment is to develop a Manual on Increasing Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings.

To address the Project objective, UNDP Turkmenistan Country Office is seeking proposals from individuals for provision of the Individual Consultancy Services described in the abovementioned subject.
