| Overview : REQUEST for INFORMATION In line with the objectives of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), especially enhancing livelihoods and building resilience for the most vulnerable Yemenis, collaboration with NGOs/CSOs is essential to programme countries' sustainable human development efforts. NGOs/CSOs are often uniquely positioned to ensure quick response, to reach communities at grassroots, and to engage with excluded or marginalized population groups. This is furthermore accentuated by the crisis since 25 March 2015 and the need to attend to conflict-affected populations. In this context, UNDP is constituting a Roster of national and international NGO's and CSO's operating in Yemen in the fields of: Surveying and targeting of communities and beneficiaries. - Community mobilization for identification of priorities, prioritization and implementation of community self-initiatives. - Operationalization of quick impact employment interventions and livelihoods support - Monitoring of humanitarian and early recovery activities. .
