| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified national firm/institution/organization to Support Redefining UN role and engagement in MIC Viet Nam. The overall objective of the consultancy is to provide strategic analysis of the Viet Nam context, facilitating consultations and dialogues with national/Government stakeholders, conducting rigorous qualitative data collection and analysis; based on these and the inputs from an international expert to produce an Option Paper entitled ‘Redefining the role of the UN and the modalities of UN engagement to Deliver as One in MIC Vietnam’. In the Paper and the process, the consultancy will aim to enable the UN to be perceived and recognized as a partner, not a donor, identify the various kinds of support that the UN can offer in the current context, along with the most suitable and feasible business models and modalities of engagement between the VN-UN to ensure an optimal VN-UN partnership. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations. |
