| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified firm/institution/organization to provide Solutions for accessibility of site/ building for maintenance – Green One UN House. The Green One UN House project is a joint endeavour between the Government of Viet Nam, UN agencies and Donors community. As designed and built, it is difficult to maintain the building, in particular outside, the façade, and inside the cafeteria. The objective of this assignment is to identify solutions for accessibility of the building for cleaning and ongoing maintenance of windows, facades, roofs and other features.
