| Overview : JILDP/UNDP seeks a company (hereinafter the Service Provider) to elaborate an eLearning system for local elected officials of the Republic of Moldova especially to develop an e-learning system for local elected officials, organize training for trainers and managers of the Academy of Public Administration (APA) in developing the training materials in e-learning format and pilot the system with the end users and adjustment of the e-learning software. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 04 June 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 131, 31 august Street. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend.
