INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

 Procurement and Installation of Solar Panels for 10 Community Evacuation Centers

 The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)  invites  Suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Procurement of Solar Panels for 10 Community Evacuation Centers”, an activity under the UNDP Project entitlted “Recovery and Resilience in Selected Typhoon Yolanda-Affected Communities in the Visayas”

 The solar panels will be installed in at least ten (10) Community Evacuation Centers (CEC) currently under construction in various towns and cities in the Visayas Region which were affected by Typhoon Yolanda.  

 For interested parties, Bidding Documents may be secured upon payment of a non-refundable amount of United States Dollars One Hundred (US$ 100.00) or its peso equivalent of PhP 4,432.00.00  for the entire set of documents from the following address:

 Payments may be made in the form of cash or cheque by personal delivery, or bank transfer.  Instructions for bank transfer may be obtained by sending an email to procurement.ph@undp.org or registry.ph@undp.org

 The abovementioned Bidding Documents will be released to all interested participants starting 29 May 2015 until 11 June 2015 only.   The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes, as well as further details on the scope of services required.

 UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.  UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
