Overview : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID Procurement and Installation of Solar Panels for 10 Community Evacuation Centers The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites Suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Procurement of Solar Panels for 10 Community Evacuation Centers”, an activity under the UNDP Project entitlted “Recovery and Resilience in Selected Typhoon Yolanda-Affected Communities in the Visayas” The solar panels will be installed in at least ten (10) Community Evacuation Centers (CEC) currently under construction in various towns and cities in the Visayas Region which were affected by Typhoon Yolanda. The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes, as well as further details on the scope of services required. UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.
