INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

Procurement of Farming Tools and Equipment for Distribution to 11 Provinces

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) would like to enter into Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with local and international Suppliers for the “Procurement of Various Farming Tools and Equipment” for distribution to at least 11 Haiyan-affective provinces in the Philippines.

In UNDP, an LTA refers to a framework agreement between UNDP and another entity that is established for the supply of a list of goods/equipment at pre-agreed prices that are fixed for a defined period of time, against which specific orders (call-offs) can be placed at any time during the defined period through the issuance of a Purchase Order (PO).  This arrangement is being conducted for purposes of completing a one-time procurement process to cover multiple orders expected to be made over a minimum period of one (1) year, which may be extended up to 2 additional years, depending on supplier performance and project needs.

The successful suppliers shall be expected to provide and make available to UNDP various farming tools and equipment as needed; and be able to transport them to any of the 11 provinces that are part of this project.

For interested parties, Bidding Documents may be secured upon payment of a non-refundable amount of United States Dollars One Hundred (US$ 100.00) or its peso equivalent of PhP 4,460.00  for the entire set of documents from the following address:
