| Overview : JILDP/UNDP seeks a company (hereinafter the Service Provider) to organized a study tour in Estonia to showcase the base practices and relevant examples of local e-services and innovative tools in local governance from Estonia. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
