| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 19 June 2015 at 14:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises at UN House Conference Room (131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova). Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
