| Overview : JILDP/UNDP seeks a company (hereinafter the Service Provider) to develop the integrated document and records management system for local public authorities from the Republic of Moldova. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 22 June 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, UN House Conference Room.
