| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 07 July 2015 at 11:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, room 305. UPDATE 20/07/2015: UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 30 July 2015, 11:00 (Moldova local time). Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically.
