| Overview : Subject: Invitation to Tender for the Procurement of Safety Equipment Dear Sir/Madam, UNIDO invites you to participate in a competitive bidding process for the procurement of Safety Equipment, including its delivery. 1. The tender shall be submitted by email to: n.barakat@unido.org, before closing time, 4:00pm on the 3rd of July 2015; 2. The tender shall be irrevocable during the period from the bid closure date; 3. Items should be delivered within 10 days from the date of the confirmed order; 4. Payment procedures will be initiated upon the delivery and commissioning of equipment and upon receipt of the supplier’s invoice, and will be processed through cheque or bank transfer within the ensuing fourteen (14) days; 5. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with UNIDO’s rules and regulations. UNIDO will not be bound to accept the lowest tender or to assign a reason for the rejection of any tender; 6. Offers shall strictly comply with the technical specifications for the concerned equipment.
