| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 07 July 2015 at 14:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bid conference on its premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. Interested parties can attend the pre-bid conference either in person or through a Skype video-conference. Interested parties are requested to inform the UNDP focal point about the way they intend to attend the pre-bid conference and to provide a Skype contact, in case the participation is on-line. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 17 July 2015 at 14:00 (Moldova local time). UPDATE 10/07/2015: Minutes of the Pre-bidding Conference held on 07/07/2015 as well as Questions and Answers received as of 09/07/2015 are now published below. UPDATE 15/07/2015: A second set of clarification questions received from prospective offerors as of 15 July 2015 and respective answers is published below. UPDATE 16/07/2015: Due to the fact that on 17 July 2015 is an Official UN Holiday, UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for the competition until 20 July 2015, 12:00 (Moldova local time). The public bid opening will take place on 20 July 2015, 13:00 (Moldova local time) Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
