It is strongly advised that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held as per above schedule containing date, time and location. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an addendum to the bid solicitation and posted online at the designated website: http://procurement-notices.undp.org/view_notice.cfm?notice_id=23635 . The bidders/tenderers should confirm in their bids that they have visited and examined the project site and its surroundings, and obtained for themselves, on their own responsibility, all information which may be necessary for preparing the tender/bid and entering into a contract. Note: No more than two Representatives from each bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting on behalf of the bidder. The pre-bid meeting minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 29 July 2015, will be documented and posted on the designated UNDP website on 3, August 2015. No inquiries will be accepted after 29 July 2015.
