| Overview : The Support to Confidence Building Measures Programme (SCBM Programme) invites designing/construction companies to participate in a tender for the provision of technical assessment, developing of cost estimates and technical supervision during the reconstruction stage of the object. The SCBM Programme will select a number of 30 objects from both bank of the Nistru river which are the localities were services shall be provided. For details, please, refer to Request for Proposal document and its Section 3 Terms of Reference attached hereto under Supporting documents section. UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on 24 July 2015 at 11:00 on the following address UN House Conference Room, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.
