Overview : Request for Proposals (RFP) for Small Grants For Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) including NGOs and/or CBOs for establishment of Police Community Relation Committees (PCRCs) Deadline for submission: 3 August 2015 Background The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan (UNDP) seeks proposals from suitable, qualified and experienced national local NGOs/CBOs to support South Sudan National Police Service (SSNPS) to establish and operate Police Community Relation Committees (PCRCs) in Jonglei, Lakes and Warrap states.
