| Overview : To better raise public awareness and discussion on the topic of citizen security and its impact on human development in the Caribbean, UNDP is contracting a scriptwriter to contract a Comic Book Writer to conceptualise a story based on the findings of the 2012 Caribbean Human Development Report on Citizen Security and recent citizen security data and studies that to depicts the current challenges being faced in the Caribbean as it relates to rising levels of crime and violence, particularly amongst youth, promote citizen participation in community safety and cohesion and capture’s UNDP citizen security approach. |
