JOB ID #58493 - Consultant: Development of UNDG Updated Guidance for Common Country Programming by UNCTs

Interested offeror is strongly advised to read the attached INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT (IC) PROCUREMENT NOTICE for more detail about term of references, instructions to offeror, and documents to be included when submitting offer.

Interested offeror/individual must submit the following documents/information. UNDP reserves right to reject any applications that is incomplete.

• P11 for Individual Contract: http://procurement-notices.undp.org/view_file.cfm?doc_id=49144, indicating all past experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references;
• Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a methodology on how the assignment will be approached.
• The Confirmation of Interest & Submission of Financial Proposal: http://procurement-notices.undp.org/view_file.cfm?doc_id=49145 Financial Proposal that indicates the daily fee

i. The Daily fee must be “all-inclusive ”; and

ii. A Time Sheet must be submitted by the Contractor, duly approved by the Individual Contractor’s supervisor, which shall serve as the basis for the payment of fees.

Note for Interested Candidates above the age of 62: UNDP regulations require, at their own cost, to undergo a full medical examination including x-rays. Medical evaluation documentation does not need to be submitted with the other requested documents listed above, but will be requested should the candidate be chosen.
