| Overview : Description of the assignment The International Team Leader will be responsible for the overall coordination of the evaluation team, including a National Access to Justice Expert and National Gender and Social Inclusion Expert, to evaluate the performance of Rule of Law and Human Rights Project (ROLHR).The evaluation team needs to identify lessons learned and best practices, and inform the implementing partners of bigger ROLHR programme to tailor activities to strengthen the operational and programmatic capacity of the implementing partners and poor and vulnerable communities to best address the identified pertinent challenges during the remaining phase of the Project.
