| Overview : UNDP Neal requests Proposal for Consultancy Services on Climate Change Finance adn Public Financial Management in Nepal. The overall objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance to the Government of Nepal in implementing reforms on integration of climate change finance in the PFM systems of the country. The specific objectives of the assignment are: - To provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Finance of Nepal in introducing the Climate Change Financial Framework, improving the budget guidelines and other elements of the budget cycle in integrating climate change finance in the budgeting system of the country.
