| Overview : UNDP Barbados and the OECS is seeking to recruit a consultant to conduct a Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) in Antigua to identify and evaluate the policy options as part of the move toward adoption of standards for energy efficiency lighting. The RIA under this consultancy should examine the potential policy solutions and conformity assessment opportunities not only on the basis of technical regulations and financial costs, but should include meaningful analysis of the social impacts. |
