| Overview : The objective of the assignemnt is to systematically assess the state, district and block level preparedness of the entire immunization cold chain network, for replicating eVIN in states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Manipur, Nagaland and Odisha. The purpose of the assessment is, for each of the given state, collect data from all the public health immunization cold chain points and document: - Human resources involved in universal immunization programme
- Availability of IT infrastructure for immunization and cold chain equipment
- Stock availability of vaccine logistics and vaccine distribution plan
- GIS map of entire immunization cold chain vaccine network, consisting of locations of (a) State, Zonal and District Vaccine Stores (b) Cold Chain Points (c) Session Sites
