Background The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan (UNDP) seeks proposals from suitable, qualified and experienced national local NGOs/CBOs to support South Sudan National Police Service (SSNPS) to establish and operate Police Community Relation Committees (PCRCs) in Jonglei, Lakes and Warrap states. The specific objective of the grant is to support local NGOs/CBOs to plan, organize, establish and operationalize community policing mechanisms at the county level in support of SSNPS II.
