Request for Proposals (RFP) for Small Grants

For Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) including NGOs and/or CBOs for establishment of Police

Community Relation Committees (PCRCs)

Deadline for submission: 31 August 2015

I. Background

The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan (UNDP) seeks proposals from suitable, qualified and experienced national local NGOs/CBOs to support South Sudan National Police Service (SSNPS) to establish and operate Police Community Relation Committees (PCRCs) in Jonglei, Lakes and Warrap states. The specific objective of the grant is to support local NGOs/CBOs to plan, organize, establish and operationalize community policing mechanisms at the county level in support of SSNPS

II. Application Process

All organizations interested in submitting their proposals may obtain the detailed documents for submission in person, by email or from the UNDP website as follows:

Late bids will be rejected. Only short-listed organizations shall be contacted.
