| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme Country Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina is acting as executing and implementing agency for the Birac Region Ad-vancement and Cooperation project – BIRAC. The target area of BIRAC includes Srebrenica, Bratunac, Milici, Zvornik and Vlasenica. The programme is funded by the Government of the Netherlands and the UNDP BiH. One of the activities financed by the Government of Netherland is Supply, installing and operating of electric power substation in the Industrial zone, municipality of Bratunac.
