| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers shall be clearly marked with: RfP15/01092: Development of the new functionalities for the State Register of Voters. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 10 September 2015 at 11:00 on UNDP premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to elena.birau@undp.org by close of business on 9 September 2015. UPDATE 08/09/2015: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instruction to Proposers, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no. 1 to the Request for Proposals document is published below. Changes are marked in red within the document. In accordance with the amendment, the date and time of the pre-proposal conference is changed to 14 September 2015, at 12:00 (Moldova local time).
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect. UPDATE 25/09/2015: Pursuant to Clause 11.1 of the Instructions to Proposers, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Please take note of the Amendment no.2 to the solicitation documents published below. In order to afford prospective Proposers reasonable time to consider the amendments in preparing their Proposals, UNDP Moldova is extending the deadline for submission of Proposals; the new deadline is on 07 October, 16:30 (Moldova local time). Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
