| Overview : The World Humanitarian Summit secretariat has the need to keep a trace of what happened
during their events, archive the full content of what was presented and disseminate the
knowledge to the targeted audience. The WHSS needs a contractor to capture, encode, and
distribute the videos along with presentations, included costs for the following:
● Hardware for multimedia recording (audio, video, projected slides).
● Multimedia indexing based on slide text extraction and automatic speech recognition.
● Editing of the presentations: titles, speakers.
● Video encoding for desktops as well as for tablets and smart phones.
● Personalized webpage and integration, with state-of-the-art search features.
● Options: Multi-cameras, multi-lingual, live streaming.( 6 UN official languages : ACEFRS)
