When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 1. Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids must be submitted should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through UNDP eTendering online system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org), using your username and password or by electronic submission (email) to procurement.bb@undp.org. If you have not registered in the system before, you can register now by referring to the instructions contained in the eTendering Procurement Notice. You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than two (2) days after the publication of this notice.
