Request for Proposals (RFP) for Small Grants

 For Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) including NGOs and/or CBOs for establishment of Feedback

mechanism regarding Special Protection Units SPUs)

Deadline for submission: 30 October 2015

 

I. Background

The United Nations Development Programme South Sudan (UNDP) seeks proposals from suitable, qualified and experienced local NGOs/CBOs to establish a feedback mechanism for SPUs in Torit, EES. The specific objective of the grant is to support SSNPS in monitoring SPU services through establishment of a feedback mechanisms to compile information from broad range of users, especially women and vulnerable groups related to sexual and gender based violence, assess police response to deal with SGBV and to improve interaction between survivors and police.

II. Application Process

All organizations interested in submitting their proposals may obtain the detailed documents for submission in person, by email or from the UNDP website as follows:

Submissions can be delivered by hand in sealed envelope to the bid box at UNDP Office on Ministries Road or emailed to ajrol.ss@undp.org on or before Close of Business 30 October 2015, South Sudan local time.  

Late bids will be rejected. Only short-listed organizations shall be contacted.
