| Overview : UNDP seeks a firm with significant audit and advisory experience, gained working with global organisations. This must include experience in providing audit and advisory services to clients that have adopted IPSAS/IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Experience auditing organisations that have adopted IPSAS/IFRS, and providing advisory services to such organisations, is required of key personnel to be assigned to this review. The objectives of the consultancy is to complete an assessment of the implications of effecting a sale of a financial position in its HTM portfolio, assessing the option of reclassifying the portfolio as AFS, and defining some terms in IPSAS 28, 29, 30 that are not defined with reference to industry guidance/practice. The review should include an assessment of the financial and other risks faced by UNDP of any change.
