SALE NOTICE FOR DIPLOMATIC VEHICLE

UNDP-TUR-ADM-SALE15/03

This is to notify potential bidders on the announcement for the sale of UNDP Turkey's Diplomatic field vehicle located in Diyarbakır to foreign buyers. The vehicle needs service and maintenance.  According to the preliminary expertise of Toyota Service in Diyarbakır, the estimated cost of service and maintenance of the vehicle is around 12.000 TL. However, UNDP does not take any responsibility if further maintenance is needed. The potential bidders should directly contact Toyota Service in Diyarbakır via: +90 (412) 251 21 21. 

The prospective buyer should satisfy the following conditions:

1. Payment should be made in USD by bank transfer or cash
2. The buyer agrees with the condition that the vehicle above is sold by UNDP in “AS IS” condition, and that there is no written or implied warranty on its performance
3. No refund or exchange is allowed
4. UNDP will not provide repair or any other services with respect to the vehicle
5. They buyer has to remove the purchased vehicle from Diyarbakır within three days after payment at his/her own expenses

The vehicle may be inspected within office hours (09:00 – 17:30 hrs) , at the above address. ” In advance appointments need to be arranged by contacting Mr. Murat Acar via 0553 423 93 82.

The prospective buyers interested in buying subject vehicle should submit an offer in sealed envelope bearing “Quotation for Diplomatic Vehicle-Ref: UNDP-TUR–ADM-SALE15/03” to the UNDP office at the following address: “Birlik Mah. Katar Cad. No:11 Çankaya, Ankara, 06610 Turkey” or please send your offer via e-mail to registry.tr@undp.org or via fax to +90 312 496 14 63, latest by 01 December 2015, 17:30 hrs.

The quotation should include the price offered. The highest priced quotation will be accepted.
