| Overview : CHTDF-UNDP wishes to enter into Institutional Contract with one or more suppliers for supply of fuel to UNDP-CHTDF, Rangamati Office. UNDP-CHTDF envisages entering into contract for a 9 (nine) months with the option to renew for additional years, subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation. The estimated volume of fuel consumption mentioned in Annex 2. However CHTDF-UNDP does not guarantee that similar volumes would be ordered during the next years. The Purchaser reserves the right to go into agreement with more than one company as a result of the present tendering procedure) Purpose: Timely supply of fuel to CHTDF-UNDP, on an Institutional Contract will be signed for nine (9) months period and with option for renewal depending on satisfactory performance. - Scope of Supply
The overall requirement of this tender exercise involves the provision of the following elements: - Supply of Fuel for UNDP-CHTDF’s vehicles based in Rangamati.
- The Fuel should be supplied at Delivery At Terminal (DAT) Fuel Stations
- Supplying of Fuel on Coupons basis/Postpaid Tickets/Cards
