| Overview : The UNDP Global Centre for Public Service Excellence (GCPSE) is a joint initiative of the Government of Singapore and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to improve the capacities of public services to deliver development goals. The Centre has between 10 and 15 management, policy and research personnel and seeks a vendor to provide services for the cleaning and maintenance of the Centre’s premises.
