Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the provision of professional services to produce a 30 to 40 seconds TV and radio spot  conveying to the public audience at large, the key messages of the “Journalist’s Pact for Strengthening Civil Peace”.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in two separate sealed envelopes, labeled “Confidential Technical Proposal” and “Confidential Financial Proposal” submitted only in the name of “UNDP Lebanon Procurement Unit” for “LEB/CO RFP/8/16: to produce a 30 to 40 seconds TV and radio spot  conveying to the public audience at large, the key messages of the “Journalist’s Pact for Strengthening Civil Peace””, should reach the Procurement Unit, UNDP Office in Beirut, and should be registered and given a Reference Number by the Procurement Unit, at the below mentioned address no later than Thursday, 28 January 2016, 3:00 p.m. Beirut Local Time.

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
