| Overview : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID Construction of Community Evacuation Center in Tacloban City The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites Contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Construction of Community Evaluation Center for Tacloban City”, an activity under the UNDP Project entitlted “Recovery and Resilience in Selected Typhoon Yolanda-Affected Communities in the Visayas” The construction of a two-storey concrete Community Evacuation Centers (CECs) aims to improve the sustainable recovery of selected communities in the Visayas Region VIII devastated by Typhoon Yolanda, while strengthening their resilience and preparedness for future calamities and natural disasters. These buildings will be constructed in greenfields with adequate access.
