Overview
UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified firms/organizations to provide support to the revision of Viet Nam’s National REDD+ Action Programme (NRAP).
The overall objective of the service is to support the GoVN to revise the National REDD+ Action Programme (NRAP) by identifying, strategic REDD+ issues & options for consideration by the relevant decision makers, through a participatory process that meet UNFCCC’s requirements and in line with Viet Nam ’s specific national circumstances and legal & policy framework.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.

Deadline to submit proposal is extended to 26 February 2016 (Hanoi time) for both submission in hard copy and submission by email. For submission by email, proposals must be password protected. Passwords to open the proposals must be submitted to UNDP within 27 Febuary 2016 (Hanoi time).
