When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. Quotations may be submitted on or before February 17, 2016 by 12:00 PM via e-mail or by hand to: United Nations Development Programme Procurement Unit, ATT: Jacqueline Kulang, Procurement Associate. By email to bids.juba@undp.org; or hard copy clearly marked “Q-003/16 –Provision of generator maintenance services for UNDP Office and Residential compounds one (1) and two (2) compound” OR the procurement bid box, in UNDP Office Compound. Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 2MB, virus-free and no more than 10 email transmissions. They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.
