When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached (RFQ) Annex 2. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Iraq Office in Erbil, Iraq hereby invites your company to submit a quotation as indicated in these RFQ documents. The prices will be fixed for the term as specified in the RFQ. Following issue and open RFQs, UNDP will issue Contract to the lowest technically compliant offer. Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
