The Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH)/National Medical Supplies Fund (NMSF) of Sudan in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invite bids for the supply of medicines, medical and laboratory equipment and consumables as needed to enhance treatment of patients in The Republic of The Sudan. UNDP hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. The purpose of this ITB is meet the above objective through the establishment of Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for the sustained supply of medicines, medical and laboratory equipment and consumables through UNDP for delivery during the period 2016-2017. As a result of this ITB, UNDP will work with selected manufacturers to establish procurement arrangements that best meet the requirements of both parties for ensuring that the demand of the NMSF is met. These LTAs will provide the basis on which Purchase Orders are made for specific medicines, medical and laboratory equipment and consumable deliveries throughout the period.
