| Overview : UNDP Moldova hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. On 5 May 2016 at 10:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-proposal conference on its premises located at “Le Roi” Business Centre, 29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova. UPDATE 11/05/2016: Pre-proposal Conference Minutes as of May 5, 2016 are now published. Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected.
