Description of the assignment: UNDP Communication Unit is looking for a professional layout designer to provide a professional and high quality print layout design of different publications and website (design type includes: infographics, flyers, flex banners, stand banners, brochures, posters, book/magazine cover and inside pages, and other graphic contents as per demand from UNDP).

Project name: UNDP/Communication Unit

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): This procurement process will result in Long Term Agreement (LTA) for a period of two years, with the possibility of extension for additional one year, based on satisfactory performance.

Duty Station: Kathmandu

Proposal should be submitted at the following address: Procurement Unit, UNDP (Ref.: UNDP/PN/14/2016: National Consultant – Layout Designer), by email to procurement.np@undp.org no later than 5:30PM, (Nepal Standard Time) on 15 May 2016.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, or by standard electronic communication to the e-mail: query.procurement.np@undp.org mentioning Procurement Notice Ref: UNDP/PN/14/2016: National Consultant – Layout Designer (SM), on or before 10 May 2016. The procurement unit will respond to the inquiries through a bulletin by 11 May 2016. The bulletin shall be posted in UNDP Website: http://www.np.undp.org/content/nepal/en/home/operations/procurement.html. Inquiries received after the above date and time shall not be entertained.

Any delay in UNDP’s response shall be not used as a reason for extending the deadline for submission, unless UNDP determines that such an extension is necessary.
