On the ground in 177 countries and territories, we offer global perspective and local insight to help empower lives and build resilient nations This TOR is specifically related to the UNDP’s project “Emergency Employment Project through Intensive Vocational Training” under the UNDP’s overall programme “Mitigating the Impact of the Syrian Refugee Crisis on the Jordanian Host Communities. It aims to provide opportunities for vocational training and income generation, while promoting individual savings and engaging emerging entrepreneurs in economic ventures based on compulsory savings, and facilitating for employment creations. As such, UNDP Jordan aims to conduct a quick labour market assessment in Zarqa in order to identify the potential sectors for employment and self-employment creation. |
