En la preparación de su cotización le rogamos utilice y rellene el formulario adjunto como Anexo 2. Su cotización deberá ser presentada hasta el día 24 de junio de 2016 a las 06:00 p.m., Hora Oficial de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, al correo electrónico licitaciones.ven@undp.org Será su responsabilidad asegurarse de que su cotización llegue a la dirección antes mencionada en o antes de la fecha límite. Las cotizaciones que se reciban en el PNUD después del plazo indicado, por cualquier razón, no se tomarán en consideración a efectos de evaluación. Favor enviar su cotización por correo electrónico, asegurando que la misma está firmada, en formato pdf y libre de cualquier virus o archivo dañado. Las cotizaciones estarán limitadas a un máximo de 8 MB, en un número de envíos no superior a tres (03) envíos. Los ficheros deben estar libres de cualquier tipo de virus o archivo dañado; si no es así, serán rechazados.
