ADDENDUM I: To all potential bidders
Overview
Dear Sir/Madam
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.
Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule together, should be submitted either in a sealed envelope or electronic submission in accordance with Section-2 latest by 19th June 2016 by 1400 hours.
The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 9th June 2016 between 10:30 till 12:30 hours
