Proposals/bids/quotations received without reference number in the subject line will not be entertained and will be returned unopened to the sender (mentioned on Envelop). UNDP will not assume the responsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the proposals, when the instructions noted above are not properly followed. Therefore, all parties are requested to please ensure to submit the documents through courier A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday 30 June 2016 at 1100 hours at UNDP Country Office Pakistan, 4th Floor, Serena Business Complex, Islamabad. Interested parties who wish to attend the pre-proposal conference are kindly requested to send the name, NIC number and company name to Mr. Imran Moin at imran.moin@undp.org in order to obtain necessary security clearance. No proposer will be allowed to take part without security clearance. Answers to questions/inquiries will be posted on UNDP web pages. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Services proposed shall be reviewed and evaluated based on completeness and compliance of the Proposal and responsiveness with the requirements of the RFP and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements.
