| Overview : UNCDF is seeking a firm to conduct an external mid-term evaluation of its Local Finance Initiative whose objective is to facilitate investment in productive infrastructure at the local level in the Least Developed Countries (LDCs). The evaluation is scheduled to begin in early October.
