| Overview : Dear Madame/Sir: This project is a continuation of UNDP’s partnership with the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic in support of the Slovak priorities in development cooperation. The main objective of Ministry of Data is to build links between government, civil society organizations (CSOs), start-ups and individuals who are interested in social change, and rally them around a challenge related to city level innovation. The deadline for the submission of proposals is September 08,2016, 17:00 Istanbul time. Start date for project implementation should be no later than September 22,2016.
